The company David Zizka, nam. Miru 2269, Plzen, 30100, Czech republic , Company ID 88821463 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Controller"), processes the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"):

- telephone number
- address/registered office
The above personal data must be processed for the purpose of handling orders and fulfilling other contractual obligations, should a purchase agreement be concluded between you and the Seller. Such processing of personal data is permitted pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.
The Seller also processes this data for the purpose of contract registration and the potential future exercise and defense of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. The retention and processing of personal data for the above purpose is for a period of 10 years from the execution of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the retention of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is permitted on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) and (f) of the Regulation – processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Controller.
Newsletters and other commercial communications may be sent to the buyer's e-mail address or telephone number; this procedure is permitted by Section 62(3) of Act No. 351/2011 on electronic communications, provided the buyer does not refuse it. These communications can be unsubscribed from at any time in any manner – for example, by sending an e-mail or clicking on a link within the commercial communication.
We determine your satisfaction with your purchase through e-mail questionnaires within the "Verified by Customers" program, in which our e-shop participates. We send these to you every time you shop with us, unless, in accordance with Section 62 of Act No. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended, you refuse the sending of electronic mail for direct marketing purposes. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires within the "Verified by Customers" program is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, which consists in determining your satisfaction with purchases made with us. For sending questionnaires, evaluating your feedback, and analyzing our market position, we use the data processor, which is the operator of the Heureka.sk portal, to whom we may transfer information about the purchased goods and your e-mail address for these purposes. Your personal data is not transferred to any third party for its own purposes when sending e-mail questionnaires. You can object to the sending of e-mail questionnaires within the "Verified by Customers" program at any time by refusing further questionnaires via the link provided in the e-mail. In the event of your objection, we will not send you any further questionnaires.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Seller, the personal data controller. The following processors also process personal data for this controller:
