You hereby grant consent to David Zizka, Company ID 88821463 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator" or "Controller"), to process the following personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"):

You grant consent for the processing for a period of 5 years for the purpose of:- establishing and administering a user account, unless you extend this period. The period is extended by actively using the user account (i.e., each time you log into the user account).

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Data Controller; however, the data may also be processed by the following processors:- The provider of the Eshop-rychlo service, operated by Golemos s.r.o., with registered office at Zátkovo nábřeží 448/73, 370 01, České Budějovice, Czech Republic
- Eventually, other providers of processing software, services, and applications, which the company is not currently using.
Personal data will not be provided outside the territory of the EU.Consent to processing can be withdrawn at any time by sending a letter or an email with a request for removal.Please be advised that under the Regulation, you have the right to:- withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time; this withdrawal will result in the removal of the user registration from the database, including associated personal data.
- request information from the Controller about what personal data concerning you is being processed.
- request access to your processed personal data from the Controller and request a copy of it.
- data portability for automatedly processed personal data.
- have your processed personal data updated, corrected, or request restriction of their processing.
- request the deletion of your personal data from the company, provided that it is not personal data that the Controller is obligated or authorized to continue processing according to relevant legal regulations.
